Hair Color Bug Crashes Client

So I was skimming the forums to see if anyone else did this, but I guess not (lucky them). Well, when choosing one of the hair styles I tried to change the color to something other than black with a Reg Hair Coupon since selecting it normally crashes the game. I didn't realize that doing this now crashes the client whenever I reach the character select screen. Is there a way to fix my account or the bug? Thanks.

try changing your hair color back to black and see if you can do it again. This happened to me before, it's a weird bug but you have to change your hair color back to black in order for you to change your hair again.

I can't log in because of it, I crash once I reach the character select screen. So I have no way of getting on any character on my account.

I didn't use any coupon and just used the @kin command to change my hair, eyes and the colors for both of them. You might be stuck, try using unstuckme as your password when you log on next time. Either that or ask a GM to do something because you may have an item, or used an item, that caused this.
