I cant launch the client Empty I cant launch the client

Can anyone help me? whenever i launch the client a pop up appears and says "Unable to connect to log in server. This may be due to a server crash or a server check, please check the website as well"

the server is up and i still cant connect >.< please help thanks in advance

Make sure you are not IP banned. Also, check if your anti-virus and/or firewall is allowing the game to connect.

im not banned and my firewall is allowing the game to connect and also there is this error code -2147287038

Have you downloaded ALL the custom files? Your probably missing one.

It doesn't matters ^ he will just d/c ingame if he does not have all the custom files.
