Help, I didnt get My Super Rebirth Ring

I went to the Super Rebirth place not knowing I full inventory, so I did my SRB and I didn't get the ring and lost all my stats, I tried again after clearing my inventory but it says I only have 16 Stats.
Do I have to do another 120+ Rb's to get a new ring? or can someone give me a new ring?

Yes you have to get another 120 RB To get a new ring.
