Disconnection Empty Disconnection

Hi . I can't seem to play as everytime I log into the game, select the world, click on character and enter 2nd pin, while waiting for it to enter into the game, the program would close and say that I have disconnected from the server. Why is this so ? It was fine yesterday ... No

it either the server was down at the time and having some problems
or you have to disable ur loopback
