Unable to log into my character Empty Unable to log into my character

I'm able to log into my account, however, after typing in the pic number, i'll get disconnected immediately. A message saying "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later" will appear. However, my friend was able to log into my account using his comp. please help~~ T_T

please do not double post and you have to disable ur loopback
