Pet error? Empty Pet error?

So I bought a pet from the cash shop (black kitty) when it showed in my inventory it wasn't the kitty at all, but something different. I click on it and it won't show, when I hover my mouse over it, it says "the water of life has dried up" help??

It's just a pet error thing. Just don't buy that pet.
