Pet dragon bug

Hi i have encountered a bug in the game. So i bought 3 pet dragon eggs from the cashshop and i clicked the egg for a pet dragon to appear. when i clicked the egg a second time, it says i already have a pet dragon and cannot do this anymore. After which i dced from the server. when i try to log back on to my char(DotDotX) , i am stuck at the character selection screen after clicking my selected character

but despite being stuck on the character selection screen, i can still see people's notices

so i still cant log in to my character(DotDotX) but i can log in to the other 2 characters beside, can someone help me fix this? )=

Unstuck your character and try again. If this still happens, PM a staff member and see if they can wipe the eggs.

i've tried unstucking my character but it still cant be fixed. Nowadays there are lesser and lesser gms goin online, when i pm them, none of them bothered to help =/
