bugged character

so like i cannot get on my account after i enter my pic
it would make that entering sound
and then freeze the screen for like 2seconds
and then take me back to the login page
saying "you cannot connect to the server at this time please try again" or something like that
and i was able to go on my other account and successfully log in
and my friends were saying i was still login but not at the map i was at

PM a staff member to force disconnect your character/account. If they do so and this error still occurs, you will have to wait for a few server restarts. You can also try unstucking your character. Sorry Kiki. Best I can tell you right now^^.
