Game Error :( Empty Game Error :(

Hey Guys,
I have just downloaded this game and it
works for other but not me. The error that
pops up when I try entering my character
is: You have been disconnected from the
login server. Please try again.
I tried atleast 5 more times. It didn't work.
I need help please Sad !

disable ur loopback adapter
also it should be called microsoft loopback adapter
