Also, he didn't just insult GMs he insulted an owner too. Also, he claims he could DDoS the server. By the permission if {GFX}_insane, I have banned him.

I think we should differentiate between someone directly insulting staff members and someone talking shit about them behind their backs.

I mean if someone's having a private conversation and a conversation about the staff comes up, that person should be free to express their opinion.

As long as they give staff due respect when interacting with them, there shouldn't be any problem.

Example:

me: Hi guys!
player A: sup. can I have an item?
me: no. *teleports out of map*
player A: ....wow.
player B: what a jerk.
player A: I know, right?

The following example would not be okay:

me: hi guys!
player A: sup. can I have an item?
me: no.
player A: wow, what jerk.
player B: i know, right?
me: I'm still here and I can hear you, you know.

Goading players into saying how they really feel about the staff when they don't like them is unethical because you can use their opinion against them, as shown here.

I agree with you ray. We should add that to the rules LOL. Only if you have permission :/

The rules don't need to be changed since this instance is not specifically a violation. He wasn't being an asshole while interacting with any staff members in this instance.
wait....is he already banned? If it was because of this, that is not justified.

Should we try to get this player unbanned? Being driven to insult the staff isn't exactly a reason for a ban, but threatening to DDoS the server (or claiming to have that ability) causes a conflict in available actions of justice.
