NPC not disposing Empty NPC not disposing

The yellow balloon in FM 23 doesn't dispose after chat. Just thought I'd let you know.
I'm sure you can handle it, seeing that you've already done so much of your own scripting, but in the event that for whatever reason you can't figure it out, let me know and maybe I can help.

The yellow balloon isn't even working right now. It's still being worked on.
