when are you gonna fix this bug?

i've seen few members who have the same problem when i put the PIC nothing happens the thing is i logged in on another account while my other d.Chaos is open and i searched my name and i found my self logged in on henesys but when i went there i could'nt find my char
i didn't played for almost 2 weeks because of that bug
also i just tried again to login and it showed me a message from the game witch confirm that the account is logged in just no one can see it

how can i make alpha check this out i still can't play the only thing i can do right now is voting every 6 hours that is realy sux i got about 50 vote points now -_-

Try going to the main website and using a character fix. You can do so by logging in on the side panel (you may have to log in twice), and by selecting the "Character Fix" option.

that wouldnt work the thing is i think the problem is in some glitched item or something about henesys that prevent me from logging in tryed to unstuck million of times maybe alphe should add a new option to unstuck to another city so if henesys is glitched we could go to kerning or such

The server was lagging yesterday. Your character is just glitched. You will have to wait for a forced disconnection or a few server restarts.
