error code -2147287038

whenever i go into the game and i click on my char put in the numbers or w.e then it dc's and says error code -2147287038

that dont work i think i left that i cud still go in with my character but like 1 sec after i go in my character it dc's and gives me the error code

Try logging in on the website, and unsticking your character. If that does not work, then make sure you have downloaded the beta files.
