Yeap, doesn't say anywhere in the Player Rules about this sort of thing. Nor does it say anything in the GM Rules about being allowed to jail someone for this act. In fact, it doesn't say anything about this anywhere at all.

So I would have expected a GM to act responsibly and logically at this instead of just throwing the user into jail for no valid reason. But you must know that Uitaka can be a pissy person and do things without thinking through things properly, so... just let this one slide for once and think of the consequences before acting.

Don't troll around with Dupers and Hackers. If you say you saw one, tell a GM. If you don't, you troll. You will face the consequences for wasting the Staffs time. Don't think you'll get off the hook just because you wanted to have fun. He had a right to jail you, and any other Staff Member has the right to jail you as well.

Isn't this (somewhat) similar to why some people are getting jailed/banned for claiming to be a duper? Yep, kinda similar.

Although I have to admit, Uitaka, you kinda need to handle the situation a little better. It isn't right for a GM to say to a player "what is wrong with you, you fucking noob". (Pardon my typing)
