Unable to do anything

So in game, I scrolled my msi, and then all my stats went into the negative. All my clothes are on, but my character doesn't have them on, physically. Only my msi is on. I try to unequip all my equips, but they won't go off. I can't use any skills, talk to NPCs, use items, and I don't lose hp. Basically, I can't do anything but walk around.
Also, when others see me, I have all my equips and everything on. When I see myself, I'm naked with the visor on.
What to do? :$
