Not bad on your first, but

-There's misalignment mostly everywhere o-o
-I suggest not putting the guy in his walk pose after he stops
-Try adding a little slide at the end when he's done walking to add smoothness to the animation.
-Choppy and Rough though

You've got the potential for this :]
