Everything Went Smoothly until the Last Punch and the Teleporting, Which Kinda Screwed up the Flow a Little, If you didn't notice, There was an Extra Frame, With the Blast a Few pixels Back. There was no Misalignment or anything, Which is a Good Sign, it was a Pretty good First Attempt. I'll like to see more from you Alpha.

My complete honest opinion is:

Could be better, but seeing that "Not much practice was required, or much brain work" was taken from you, I say its preety god damn amazing.

And yeah it was my first time using fireworks, but since im a baws in WZ editing, good in Paint.NET, not bad in Sony vegas, seen many animations before and im a quick learner, it wasn't that hard to figure how fireworks work.

God alpha u are damn quick learner...Ur 2nd animation,the shake is accurate to its situation and i love ur flow...I havent found my flow yet...meh
