Why should your ban be lifted? If you did do something wrong, why should we give you a second chance?
Because I got banned by mistake. If I did something wrong, why would I bother to put this notice up.

you couldnt be banned if you have no char
and havent been logged on yet
try disableing your loopbacks

Lol, Did you try that thing in cmd Eric told us about? To check if your ip banned or not?

also the servers lagging so it might be down while you try to log on

If you get dc after PIC read the guide for fixing it. http://www.dcmsforum.net/t80-disconnecting-after-pic-fix

If you just gets your screen frozen right after you type your PIC and then it sends you back to login screen, It means the server is lagging and you just have to wait.

If you can't even get in the game it means the server is Offline and you have to check the website.

Be patient and wait until the server comes up again.
