Maplestory has stopped working

Uhhhhh hello from Quietechno. I am just gonna get straight to the point. I have read the sticky posts and I can't seem to find the solution. My problem is that when I put in my pic for my character, the screen goes black. After about 30 seconds, a pop-up appears and it says that maplestory has stopped working and that windows is searching for a solution. After a while, it says that windows cannot find the solution and that it will notify me. I know it won't and that it is just saying it but at this point, I can either close the program or press the x button. They both close the problem so ya. I really need help and I don't know what to do. I already disabled my firewall and antivirus system plus I disabled my loopback adapter. Please help!

It means the map you're logging into has crashed, and you'll need to wait for the map to reload or a server restart.

Depends when Alpha can restart it. Or a Lvl 3 GM.

Ender is a WZ Editor. There's a difference between GFX/WZ and a GM. Alright, so Alpha only allows himself to do it.
