Website and client goes offline from time to time. Usually when something is being added either the website or the server.

guys just to tell u guy

Website down, game down = ddos attack F3
game down, website up = server lagging
game up, website up, cannot get on = ur prob have to disable ur loopback, firewall, or your probably ban
because you did a naughty thing F3
