Website and server are down....? Empty Website and server are down....?

Hey, I'm just wondering why I get a message when I try to enter the website that says: Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in C:\wamp\www\D.ChaosMS\config\config.php on line 32
Can't connect to server.
And at the same time, when I try to click the client, it says theres a server check or firewall crap. Anyone else experiencing this? Why is it doing this?

Please help ASAP. Thanks!

Hey dj, that happens when alpha or toon are working on the server. It should be up. Expect to see that message once in a while.
