plz help [error 2147287038]

Hi everyone

i dont konw how to solve this :
when i enter the game i create mi char log in but after i get my starter pack the game close and i receive this : -2147287038 (unknow error 0x80030002) plz help me i rly want to play


ERROR SOLVED: i dont know how but then after maybe a day or 2 i entered again and it works... but i still got alot of dc's

Are you sure you have all the right files? If not you should download the custom files here.

I think I'm having this same problem I think I have the same problem and it started when I went into one of the custom maps and now it seems my character is stuck there at that Mario Map anyway i can reset his position?

Edit*:Haha I'm an idiot, the fact that you labeled each of the files "part" threw me off so I assumed when you extracted one it was for all of them but just realized they are four different folders of custom .wz's
