Error "Unable to log on the game server "

I was playing normally help a friend reborn when I was disconnected and log the following error appears

When I selected my character for play the character select screen freeze and back for the login screen .....
How can I resolve this error ?

It's Ok , that's not just for you and I'm sure it is happening to everyone in the server.. GM will fix it soon

it just depends where you are
eg. if your in khaos map training
and theres a bunch of people using cry or full map attacks
or theres over 1k items on the floor you will dc more then usual
but if theres noone using those kind of skills/ spamming you will dc less
but if say you in kerning or pretty much anywhere else you wont dc at all
it just depends if theres alot of people spamming trying get more kills ect.
but no the constant dc isnt a usuall occuance unless your in khaos maps
where all the kiddies are ignoring the good advice from people

Well sorry to disturb you again is that the problem came back, I am to 02:26 am since yesterday trying to log into the game .... I wonder if this could happen because of the connection distance between my country and the administrator
I try to reinstall the client but doens't work . please help me to fix this and sorry for disturb again .

This happens to me atleast once a day, usually most of the times it's just the server lagging.
For me I close the game client then wait for a few minutes and usually I can log in after that.

Other than the one I posted above I don't know any other fix

dont worry guys if you are trying now its not just you
its everyone since the server is down atm
if you check the xat chat on main site and see mass chatter
95% chance server is down just a waiting game till its back up

Sorry for the lag everyone.

The problem shouldnt persist.

If it does, its because our owners are woring on the new update, hackers or simple server crashes.

Mostly hackers.

We cant do much, since we cant just tell them to stop, or the hackers to stop DDoSing us /Crashing.

Once again, were sorry. You should be able to play soon.

its up now are you still having the problem?
if you are try restarting your router or using hotspotsheild
can find easyly on google if it works then you have been ip banned for some reason
ask gm to fix your ip it could just be a random one no reason
its just to check your ip see if it is being used by hacker for ddos
just state your problem and ask for ip ban appeal via ban appeal or
you can pm alpha in xat chat he prolly wont ancwer you
just be paitent wait 30 mins and youll prolly be able to get back on
but best bet is if hotspot sheild fixes go and make a ip ban appeal

I try to login with the hotspot shield connected but the problem persist .... when I select my character the char screen freeze and nothing happens ...

so you made it fearther this time?
if you did that means your ip sure banned
i didnt say hotspot sheild was a fix just a indication if your ip banned or notdidnt you say before that you cannot get the game up just crashes right?
now you can start it but not log on
im pretty sure you been ip banned now
if thats not the case you can try disabling your loopback adapters
and restarting your modem after that
remember to turn off your comp before restarting your modem

1. Step number *ONE*:
Go into the start menu and click on control panel

2. Step number *TWO*:
Locate your Network and Sharing (may be named differently on a different OS)

3. Step number *THREE*:
Locate where you may manage/change your adapter settings

4. Step number *FOUR*:
Locate all "Local Area Connection #" or any networks which state "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" and disable them.

the process i said disables your loopback adapters
it might be causing your problem
but personally sounds like you been ip banned
you prolly didnt do anything wrong
alpha prolly randomly did it to see if hackers were using
your ip address to ddos the server
if this was the case it was random
unless your the ddoser LOL

Well, I never did anything wrong in the server
I just played got some reborns and asked for some equips people for me to kill mobs alone

If I had my IP banned would be a mistake not?

Oh ... yes my IP could have been banned because I do not live in the United States?

@edit : I try to log on the game on my Cannoneer in the same account and its work ...

I noticed that the houses behind the characters are different ....

What does this mean?

lol what it does matters if houses are different -_- the bamboo thing is behind arans on char selction and the other one is for resistance(alpha edited it it should be looking like a mushroom lol)also it can be ex-owner willi that caused it or ur character just stuck go to web login (2 times or it will not login in)choose char fixes then choose unstuck character, in the "fix" droplist choose yes in the "character" droplist choose ur charname and press on Fix>

ok this means its a whole diffrent problem your ip might not have been banned
or they un banned you now your problem is char stuck/gliched
step 1 got to http://dchaosms.dyndns.org/?page=index

step2 sign in like kill for fun said sign in misht need to do it 2-3 times

step 3 click sign in with your mouse DONT HIT ENTER
[note] if you auto registered meaning you did not sign up on the webpage
you wont be able to do this you might be SOL till the update

step 4 click the char fix option
i would do all 3options to be sure

step 5 proceed to game log in it should be fixxed
