awwwe that means you auto registerd if logging into website didnt work
ate you sure u used the mouse to manually press log in?
nothing gms can do atm for this alot people having the problem not just you

I registered my account on the site and when I log in it I used the mouse

But if the problem is not just happening with me so I have left to do is expect it to be solved .... right?

did you try to log in 2-3 times?
or did you quit before the wipe
then came back and your chars were gone?

if you make a new acc and it works then its only the char/ acc thats bugged
you just need to wait till they fix the bug
