I can't see others...?

I don't know why but I can't see others and others can't see me unless they just came out of a portal or something...Can someone please help me??

That's happening to my sister as well.
I think I know what happened.
Do you know who Willi is?
An old owner of the server who deleted all D.ChaosMS EX files.
Which made all the owners restart on remaking the server on the basics though.
We're all able to play. Most people are gliched because this problem has been
sought throughout.
You need to wait/make a new character.

I know who Willi is, he shut down the server on April first and I know he deleted the files but I didn't know that this happened to more then one person...I did make a new character because my main character wouldn't go in and I was stuck in Character select.
I hope this gets resolved soon.
