step 1 clear your cookies cacth and history
step 2 close your browser
step 3 disable your antivirus [sounds like you have norton \ avg]they are anal about it
step 4 go try to download again it should work
step 5 thank me cuz im pretty sure its your antivirus and cookies blocking it
