Testimonials: i do not know what that skill is or what i did wrong

Why should your ban be lifted? If you did do something wrong, why should we give you a second chance?
I think that my ban should be lifted because:
1. i dont know what that skill is or use it on purpose
2. i don't know how to hack nor would i ever do it

Screenshots/Proof: got d/ced then when restarting Dchaos there was a message "We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues. please check the maplestory homepage for ongoing server checks as well as your firewall settings."

just because you get that message doesn't necessarily mean you are banned.

go check the main website... and ask people from chat box if the server up.. (maybe you dc when the server crash)..
