How To Fix Dc After Pic

Hello,i kill big fotts at my reguler character to getting to 40 rbs then its say on str 32700- and then i ask how to fix it and its not worked then i go to my another character and bring my items from the reguler character and after i be at the another char at gm event and then he take me to beginer map and then i dced and when i try to logeed in to the another char its not work and after that i fix the -str and now the items be at the another char and cant bring it please help me
