Pet packages

so i just started today , and needing a pet with loots .. had my 30k nx from voting, bought the monkey package , never showed , nx was still there , so i thought maybe i need to be lvl 30 , got to 30 went in again , see my nx is now 18.600 , so it took the nx for package but i got no package . bought some shoes , seems cs is workin again , and try to buy the monkey package yet again (yes i learn slow but free nx so no worries) and again i get no monkey pkg .. whats the trick here?

Probablly Bugged or CS is a NX whore stealoing ur cash.

dont buy packages just buy the pet since you can buy the items that make it loot in
