Reason:
he's vote abusing and using the vote points for chikkuns (1vp = 5chikkuns) last time he had 0 chikkuns
and 0 vp points then after in 10~15min he has 14k chikkuns??? and 15vp points. i try to go talk to him but then he trying to play smart with me saying "what's a vote point"

perm and ip ban i have a feeling this guy is also vinco creating a new character to avoid getting ip ban and then putting it on his main character which makes it hard for gm's to catch him

Naw he's not Vinco. If you check the second page of my report where I posted more screenshots, BladeX was in all the screenshots bugging me to sell him my GM hat and other MSI. They're different people because Vinco/Vancon was also in the screenshots talking to me.
