if you are unable to get into either of those sites, the server is probably down, so you can't play. try again later.

if you can get to the website and it says server is offline, the server is down, and you cannot play. try again later.

if you can get to the website and it says online, but very few people are on, the server is probably lagging.

IF YOU DC EVERY TIME YOU LOG IN, UNSTUCK YOUR CHARACTER AT DCHAOSMS.NET. LOG IN AND USE CHAR UNSTUCK.

in any case, GO ON OUR CHAT before posting an error thread here. there, you can ask for help, instead of filling our error section with stupid, pointless threads about not being able to play. remember, this section is for ERRORS, not "omg i can't play plz help".

If you can't enter the site or server and you know you weren't banned, you were probably IP banned due to excessive amount of connections to the server (we do this to take a small load off the servers when a DDoS is being done), please contact Alpha for help.

I ask xat peoples. I went to private chat with the owners. ( i went about 5 times ) Nobody owners was answering me so I ask them why the owners are offline. Someone called Devil banned me for asking them. I posted an error thread yesterday and nobody is answering them. I went to game but no one is willing to help me. Anyone help me please? I used unstuck it don't work.

yea.i still need help. BTW, i met a guy called iS0Dream he said the chances of having the character back is like 10%. He said he advises me to create a new character. xD
