He's in jail currently. He says he voted the limit but we can all tell that's a lie unless it's a glitch or something (which I doubt).

300 vp is 4,500,000.
the max that he could possibly vote in EXACTLY 2 weeks is 840,000nx (56 votes)
any more than that and he is lying.
in the event that he voted more due to any glitch, he is banned anyway.
Don't be so smug when telling someone they could be banned btw...just report them casually. they might attempt to cover up their tracks and hide the evidence if they are clever enough.
