I don't think the eyes was used by Ice though=/ the hair otherwise is a different story. As for my items, I will give em out whenever I see fit ELSE I have SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS from an owner not to give them out. Otherwise it will be a 0 Stat Cash item =/
