Why do you wish to be a GM: I can tell that your GMs are doing a crappy job, not paying attention to the rules and I think you guys need some "professional" help.
And I guarantee you that I will not screw around like the last GMs.
How long have you played D.ChaosMS EX: Since Friday. But that doesn't mean I haven't got used to seeing its customized surroundings ^^
Any GM experience: I have been a GM more than 8 times in other private servers.

How can you help the server: I will do the orders that admin will give me and attempt to NOT screw around.
Other*: (Info about you) I am a 16 year old Viet/Korean boy raised in South Korea, Seoul. I eventually moved to Canada and I currently live in the residence of Vancouver, British Columbia. I'm athletic, nice, kind, and I have a social life. So Now you guys know more about me LOL.
Can you GFX*: (Explain and show some proof if you can)
I have had GFX Experience for over 3 years, (Because I took graphics as a sub course at highschool) I have PhotoShop CS5, and All of the versions. Here is some of my work.
