Constant dcing

I know this has been posted a lot, but all I see people saying is to disable loopbacks. That's been done, I've had them disabled for ages. Anyways, it's constant and annoying. A lot of times I don't even get a chance to type in something like @gm and I type really quick. I've downloaded all 3 clients and am currently using the first mirror and redownloaded the non-hamachi client. I'm also starting it up with that non-hamachi client
