Get rid of @snipe plz

The title says all cause ppl keep spamming and its also rly annoying

i don't see many people spamming snipe and I jail the noobs that do it.

Lol, @snipe cant be abused since its like 30mins cooldown, if you dont like just do @snipeoff like ray said, lawl

you can abuse it by changing channels and using it again. but GMs can see who snipes who. so don't try it lol.

Uhh Ray sometimes the @snipeoff doesn't work.

I tried using @dispose then @snipeoff still doesn't work.. Lol.

uh yes it does. but donators can still use !bitchslap to you lol, and they can do it every 5 minutes.

also, there's no message posted for !bitchslap, so generally donators can get away with bitchslapping people forever and a GM wouldn't know unless it's reported.
