AMS Issue - Read plis Empty AMS Issue - Read plis

If you don't know what AMS is... then good.
(I like acting as if I was the owner, which is why I am making this thread)


At this very moment, AMS, has taken files from this server and dumped them into their server without permission or consent. While confronting them about this issue, while most/if not, everyone knew (from D.Chaos ofc) that these were indeed our files, they still continue to believe it is theirs.

We are trying many things to stop and fix this.
I have already sent them a PM through their YouTube channel containing the following message: (things are censored)
It seems to me and other staff members of D.ChaosMS EX, that your "private server", contains D.ChaosMS EX's custom game data. This message here is to warn you to remove all traces of the custom data that you have ripped off the server.

We will be monitoring your server closely from now on to make sure that you remove the custom data that should and will only be available to D.ChaosMS EX only.

Proof of infringement:
- :52 second of your latest video (-removed cause I can and its free-) contains that mask in the 4th item in the 4th row.

Please remove any traces of our custom game data from your server prior to release immediately.

Checklist:
- Bitch & Complain - COMPLETE
- Get apology - INCOMPLETE
- Get statement to remove - INCOMPLETE
- Actual Removal - INCOMPLETE

I am speaking on behalf of the issue of D.ChaosMS EX/EMS & SMS.

It appears that you have been caught taking these two server's custom WZ content. We'd like to ask you to take down or remove everything related by either remaking the custom content or by modifying it to make it look entirely different from these two servers.

I would like to apoligize for our server's actions when the owner of D.ChaosMS EX found that you had stolen custom data from us and our affiliate. I hope this does not cost a grudge or some sort against these two servers as we do not want an enemy, but we would like to stay in a mutual position.

These are WZ's that you had apparently stole across these two servers.

P.S. : Before you start saying that these are Nexon and Wizet's copyrighted content, although you are right, you are also contradicting yourself since you yourself are also modifying their files.

6 Days Later, I received this response (I did not modify this in any way, this is straight from what it says):
who are you to tell us what to do?

Stuff staff members should be doing:
Banning members of SMS on Chat
Any mentions of SMS will be deleted (Chat/Ingame)
Mentioning SMS will result in a kick/2hr ban (chat); jail/moved to private room to talk (ingame)

We (or I) am on alert.

They must remove our files before this issue is resolved. I will be pestering them again.
