i get this error

Hi all,

I get this error, when start new character in henesys, where there npc pop out ask to chose the hair and eye and etc.

where i select hair, click on the right its automatic dc. with this line.

or either all in one shop too, its will dc from the server

error code :-2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)

Change eye/hair color to black first. Then change the style (optional: you could change the color again after changing the style)

But I can't login to change the colour. Once I login , it automatically dc

If your using the NPC's at Henesys those don't work. You have to do @Dchaos . But first you have to change your hair to black then you can change the color.
