pincode problem...HELP ME I WANNA PLAY!!!!!!!

hi guys im new to this game and i never actually got to play the game yet because of a problem when im just about to play.

so heres the problem:
so i enter the game and i login but then after i double click my character and type in a random pincode, the game just blacks out, the music stops and then it exits the game.

Then there's a little box saying :
you have been disconnected from the login server. please try again.

so if anyone knows...CAN YOU HELP ME I REALLY WANT TO PLAY!!!!!!!

Or it might be that the server is down; cause I just tired logging in and the same thing happened to me.
