I get d/c when i choose my hair at Kin, it said error code -2147287038 (unknown error 0x80030002) but i'm sure i have the full version of dchaos and all the beta files(7.9). Anyone know how to fix this???

Try changing your hair color to black before changing the style.
Some hair styles don't have certain colors, so you dc.
