Hes banned because he Pvp-ed in FM and even in Jail. We gave him a chance and released him from jail and he Pvp-ed in FM even when theres a GM online. Hes temp banned until alpha unbans him.

maybe they'll just ban him and you can play too. atm it sounds like an ip ban.
if for some reason they can't simply ban him, maybe they'll delete his character and just let you go on playing lol
