Program not starting because ijl15.dll missing.

Haha, Very funny. I get the error, and yet when I go search up the file I find it. =.=
So what do I do? I have the file/thingy but the computer doesn't detect it. I click on the [Non-Hamachi] icon then this pops up:

Anyone know what's wrong with it?

Maybe ur client isnt in the same folder as the ijl15.dll?
(if it isnt in the same folder just put the client in there and it should be fixed)
if it is i dont know how to solve it =O
