few problems... HELP PLZ Empty few problems... HELP PLZ

When i was playing sometimes i can play but i cant use skills because send me error 2147 blablabla and all that things, i dont know why that happens i download client from server and updates and all that and i cant play much time or go some zones because give me that error.
Can someone tell me why that happen? and other problem i cant go to FM :/ please helpppp i wanna play :'( ( i have revision 7.9 anime fashion)
