Cant vote for points/nx

Just as the title says i am unable to vote for these perks. I have waited 12 hours and from this point its been 32 hours since i last voted, yet i still cant vote. This is the error i receive.

Invalid query: Duplicate entry '*****' for key 'PRIMARY' Whole query:

The ***** is my username which will be kept private and only be given to administrators.

I have had the same issue for 3 months now. I can't vote properly because of it. Anyone know any info? I'm stumped on this one.
