Suggestion to FM Rooms

The Bosses in these FM Rooms should be changed or removed.
Change:
- The 3 Balrogs should be together again
- The lv70 Balrog boss should be included in one of the rooms
- Have Headless Horseman in one of those rooms
- Let's have Body Guard A and Body Guard B and The Boss in FM Rooms too
- Besides Pianus and Capt. Latanica, the rest from the List in here should be removed (excluding the 3 Balrogs).

Also, FM Room 11 has always been empty. (It used to be Silver Slime in the prev v83 which is now in @fiesta.) Should get replace with regular mobs again (different ones with maybe with good drops).
