Maybe reduce the size of the text "Alpha" ? It is blocking most of the picture. Also, reduce the top left shine just a little. That's all I can think of right now.

The entire icon is too light, the font of "Alpha" is repetitive, add some more effects, and the bg looks a little blurry/grainy for some reason ouo
