Yay, I finally climbed up to 9/10 from the master. Baka there's no better sig makers we have different styles I just like yours better than mine <3

I kinda used the blurring tool at the tool bar around the render and back ground not too much, but little bit. I used the sharpen tool to make the render look bit more focused. Also, to make the shiny look create a new layer and with a normal brush choose a color that fits your sig, than put dots on the places where you want it to glow. After that, change the thing from Normal to color dodge, if it's too bright turn down opacity.
