Did I do it right?

This is my second attempt at shading a weapon, and I'm not too sure if i did it correctly this time so i would appreciate it if you guys could help me out and tell me which parts i did correctly and which parts that i did wrong
Also, how are you suppose to shade the very bottom blade as well as the handle?

Horrible Outline. Shade the bottom with the pencil tool. Durhur.

Is there like a specific way I'm suppose to make the outlines? Since I'm just making the shape of what i want it to look like lol.
Also, if its just one line on the very bottom do i just make the right side of it lighter?

No the outline completely depends on you. I just don't like the shape of it.
