Downloading Troubles

Hey new to dchaos 
i was wondering if someone could help me figure out what im doing wrong with the download :c i cant seem to get it to work for the life of me!
Ive downloaded the parts and the client and i have winrar and i extracted and all the good stuff but it still pops up that its trying to get me onto GMS :c Please help >.<

You have to download this and put it inside of you're D.Chaos MS EX file and run the new Batch file instead of the client it comes with.
Alot of people are having problems starting the client, refer to this post:
