Donating issues

Hey guys so i have a problem i donated 100$ and havent made a character yet im waiting for a mod with teamviewer to help me with dchaos i honestly dont know what to do so if u have any advise or anything plz post below thanks

http://www.dcmsforum.net/t7189-donate-section-is-locked - This might apply to new donors as well. I'm not 100% sure.
If it doesn't try messaging Eric in Xat. the servers still in beta and some donors have to wait to get their status back, so be patient and stuff.
